This website has no accounts, no logins and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Your enquiry list — the instruments you add while browsing — is stored only in your own browser. It never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.

The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It composes a message and hands it to your own email program or to WhatsApp, and you choose whether to send it.

Once you send it, we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the instruments you are asking about. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to manage any order that follows.

We keep enquiry and order correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we are required to for tax and export record-keeping.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us at the address below.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is needed to complete your order — for example with the freight forwarder handling your shipment — or where the law requires it.

Messages you send by WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Email you send travels through your own email provider and ours.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
